This is a small example of how Vision can save application programmers time when they want simple 3D functionality in their app or to quickly prototype their idea but do not want to have to become a 3D programmer to do so.  This demo was created in under 30 minutes and allowed the programmer to quickly visualize data output from a mesh reconnection program for thermodynamics.  Because of the visualization, mistakes and optimizations were more easily understood and allowed for better understanding of the algorithm.  The Mac OS X cursor is ignored in this demo.
